- JJJenise3 days ago5.0Dr Calem is the BEST!!! I’ve used him a couple different times in my life for implants. He is always kind and is a wonderful doctor. The staff is exceptional as well. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.
- PVPaul Vargheese3 days ago1.0I went to Dr. Calem to extract a tooth and a possible implant in the future. After 3 months of the extraction, a fragment of the tooth came out through the gum sideways. It started poking out through the gum. I went to my general dentist and he pulled it out. He said it was a leftover piece of my extracted tooth which my body tried to push it out through the gum. I felt like it was not a clean procedure done by Dr. Calem. I was lucky not to have an infection. Also, most of the dentists in south jersey take your insurance info and do a pre-auth before the procedure and then you pay whatever your portion during your visit, but Dr. Calem's office didn't do that for me, I had to pay up front the full amount, then after the insurance portion is paid, they reimbursed the balance. This is unnecessary in my opinion, through a pre-auth they could know what the insurance would pay. Overall, my experience was bad.
