Founded in 2015, Integrity Physical Therapy and Wellness is a private practice offering outpatient Physical Therapy services. ​ We have four convenient locations located in Northfield, Ocean City, Cape May Court House, and Medford, New Jersey. ​ We utilize an evidence-based model of practice.
