  I have been going to the Doctor's office for years and have always been happy with the time and attention I get from the Doctors and staff.

  I am genuinely puzzled as to how this clinic managed to pass any official review or accreditation process in the United States. The physician does not provide you with a clear diagnosis, nor does he explain the reasoning behind it. The medications prescribed are handed out without any information regarding their intended effects or potential side effects. Prescriptions appear to be issued quite arbitrarily. The front-desk staff consistently display rude and unfriendly attitudes. Furthermore, despite making an appointment, the clinic makes no effort whatsoever to confirm the scheduled time via email, phone call, text message, or any other means of communication. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for basic patient care standards is deeply concerning.

  Furious with this place it should fined and sanctioned by the medical committee for employing incompetent nurses, bad enough I could barely understand the indian nurse when I was at the office for a physical, which was something I could overlook, then for her to walk out of room doing an Ekg with me laying on exam table with my breasts exposed for quite some time (without any explanation) now thinking something wrong my heart to find out she had the wires switched on wrong side of my body and proceeded to giggle with a half ass apology. Thinking that was bad enough I had the same nurse call me with my lab results, and I knew it was her because she's the only Indian that works there telling me everything fine Dr says to just to see a neurologist! I questioned her as to why? she put me on hold on three separate times saying I just give you lab report but everything is not bad but a little bad, I insisted to speak with someone as I was very concerned as to what is going on to find out she meant to say a gastroenterologist!!!! That's a huge difference I am so furious and feel almost violated that I have entrusted these Drs to have competent staff especially a nurse to take care of my health, they should have a moral obligation to employ people who actually know what they are doing and saying, I have called the office to speak to Dr Feng and already have started the process of filing a complaint with the DOH Please do yourselves a favor and stay far away from this practice.

  The front desk is an embarrassment I am so frustrated with this place I don't know how they still employ this woman in front her she had about 5 people waiting to check in while she was on her phone, she did not even pick up her head when I walked in this is not the first time either it starts from not even being able to get them on the phone. Unfortunately I will be leaving this practice due to these recurring problems I'm sure I'm not the only one that has left due to lack of professionalism and just out right disrespect Please stay away, the Drs and back women are good

  Dr. Tran is very rude and condescending. I went there because I slipped and fell and hurt my ankle pretty bad. I went in with my own crutches because it was hard to walk. He jostles my foot around and said you have a mild sprain. You don’t need the crutches and should be fine by Monday. You are able to put pressure on it. No x Ray or anything to ensure it wasn’t broken, no ace bandage to wrap it… ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! Turns out that I completely tore a ligament and have tears in others. Thank goodness I went to an orthopedic the following week after I still wasn’t able to walk and my entire foot was swollen and black and blue! On top of that one of the receptionists is completely rude!!
