After submitting a wonderful review for prior visit today was awful. Arrived w mother 20 min before scheduled appt. Signed in and nice phlebotomist took us early but mom forgot orders. Drive 2 min down road and got . Back before scheduled time. Could not sign in again. Other phlebotomist who had no patients came out and told me to resign in and not rush and read screen. I did and again would not let me sign in. She came out again to scold me and I said you do it!! She tried and said oh we have no appts sorry. What?? I am here before scheduled appt you cancelled. Sat and waited 5 min and rude one came out. I apologized for mix up. Her response. Ok….. rude is a kind word for her. Place was empty w one patient 2 phlebotomist and a 100 year old woman stuck in mixup. At 8:30 am I did not need a dress down on how to read a kiosk or to sit and wait while she had no one in her chair.

I visited the Marlton location today at 10:15 AM and was seen in Room 2 by a technician who was combative from the start. She was visibly annoyed when I asked her to repeat a mumbled email address.
The lack of professional care was staggering. When I asked her to verify if the specific tests from my doctor’s summary ( I had tests from 2 different doctors) had been entered into the system, she essentially refused to help, dismissively pointing at other papers and claiming they weren't 'scripts' instead of simply confirming the orders. I was left frustrated and unsure if my medical testing was even being handled correctly.
The situation peaked when she condescendingly asked if I hadn’t been ‘watching the TV’ in the waiting room to learn their billing policies. When I finally addressed her attitude, she actually yelled over to a coworker in another booth to 'verify' she wasn't being rude. It was bizarre to have a second staff member (who wasn't even part of the interaction) jump in to defend her instead of de-escalating. While the second staff member eventually behaved professionally during the blood draw, the hostile environment created by the first technician made for a miserable experience. Diagnostic centers should provide professional care, not a hostile environment where staff gang up on patients. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

The floor of the area where I had blood taken was filthy.
But the phlebotomist was fantastic!!
