I already had my prescription with me, and they clearly explained how everything worked, which made the process really easy. After I picked out my frames, Marisol suggested a slightly different size and she was absolutely right. She made checkout quick and seamless, thoroughly explaining the pricing and the option to add blue-light–reflective lenses. She also took the time to ask about insurance and FSA, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a fast but very helpful experience with excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back.

We first visited the Center City Warby Parker store, but received such poor service that we left. We decided to try the Marlton store and were pleasantly surprised at the difference. We were promptly greeted, and felt the associate listened to our needs. The service was fast, thorough, and friendly. The associate even asked about our insurance. Although I have to submit an out-of-network claim, he still inquired about my insurance in the event he could have helped us submit the claim. We already knew what we wanted so that made the process more efficient. In total, we were in the store fewer than 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this store for purchasing glasses.
