  I’ve never in my life written a Google review but this place was horrible. Lady at the front desk was on her phone, unfriendly, told me I didn’t have an appointment even after I showed her the confirmation text. Went in for neck and head pain and the doctor didn’t examine me for any of those issues. My blood pressure was high because I was nervous in such an unfriendly environment, and I told her I was nervous so my BP runs high at doctors offices. Everyone there was super dismissive and uncaring. Never in my life have I felt so uncomfortable at a doctors office. Doctor Kesha Walton didn’t address my issue of neck pain and told me to go to the ER and misdiagnosed me. Went to ER and blood pressure was fine. Had to go thru CT scans and EKGs all for them to diagnose me with a neck strain. DO NOT GO HERE.

  My family has been going to Carbon Urgent Care since they opening. The staff at the front desk are always welcoming and helpful and the team of healthcare professionals are the absolute best! I never feel rushed and am always so comfortable with their recommendations. Whether it’s myself, my husband or my children, I always know we are in great hands at Carbon Urgent Care! Highly recommended!!!

  I have had all amazing past experiences here but the woman who was supposed to be helping my wife today was awful. She was so rude, wouldn’t give anybody else the time of day. She had it all figured out before even hearing my wife out or taking any tests. My wife was so sick we ended up going to the ER where they took great care of her and confirmed she has Flu B. The woman at carbon health said multiple times that it wouldn’t be flu or Covid, she also stated she would call with the flu, Covid, step results and carbon health didn’t even do that. Will not return here and deal someone like that. Unprofessional. Her name was Kesha Walton.

  Waited to be seen with my 9 year old daughter for over an hour, even after having an appointment. This place is very understaffed, especially during sick season when there’s an uptick in cold/flu/viruses. Very disappointing experience and will not be returning.
