  I had a great experience at Carbon Health Urgent Care. Booking online was quick and easy, and I was seen even before my scheduled time. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, and the doctor was thorough, professional, and very pleasant. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

  This place is a joke. The staff is very unprofessional and ignore you and argue with each other when you come in. The nurses are careless and have poor bedside manner. They lie to you about their billing policies and don't verify credit card and contact/billing information. They're widely known for shady billing practices. This place should be shut down immediately.

  I visited Carbon Urgent Care on Friday, April 3,2026 because I was feeling very ill and in need of some relief. My grand daughter had taken me to Carbon because she felt I would be quickly cared for. We were greeted pleasantly by the receptionist who quickly did my registration. The reception area was clean and pleasant there were two other patients waiting before me and the wait time was reasonable I was first seen by the Medical Assistant who did my Vitals and questioned me about my symptoms he was quite pleasant and very patient with me while I gave him my medical information. I then saw the doctor who was professional but friendly she did a timely examination then assured me that I would be given two tests to determine what was causing my problems. The test was positive for the flu and the doctor explained what treatment she was recommending and patiently answered all my questions and told me that if I had any problems I could always call to speak to her. I admired how she spoke to me and her whole demeanor She impressed me a lot and I left there feeling that I was well taken care of. For the above reasons I am fully recommending Carbon Urgent Care as a very good medical facility for urgent care.

  VExtremely convenient to register online for an appointment. The facility is immaculate, and the staff is exceptionally welcoming. The music adds a nice touch. A highly professional attitude towards each patient. I will certainly return here in the future.

  Went 2/9 for assessment of my ankle that I twisted. Was told X-ray machine might not be working. If not, Doctor would look at my ankle and send me somewhere for X-ray. Doctor never looked at my ankle.They printed out script for X-ray which I went right away. Had the X-ray and they said would send to Dr. at Carbon by end of week. Never heard from Dr. and had to pick up X-ray report myself. I then sent to MY orthopedic doctor. They did however charge my credit card in a timely manner for $160.00. I contacted their billing department to no avail. DO NOT GO TO THIS SO CALLED URGENT CARE.
