  Uniquely comfortable.. there’s lots of studios and styles out there, but Inlet has cultivated something special and it’s worth experiencing.

  Inlet Yoga is more than a studio… it has become a community of yogis that come to learn and experience the 8 Limbs together. The space is beautiful and offers classes and workshops in Yin, Iyengar, Fusion, Chair yoga and TaiChi. So glad that I found this community!

  I was visiting family in Manasquan and found this studio a mile from their home. I purchased a 10 day pass and attended 5 classes. Loved each class and all of the instructors. They were so welcoming. I felt at home from the first time I walked in the door! The community is so lucky to have this treasure. I'll definitely be back on future visits!

  I simply love this gem of a studio is a welcoming, warm space with kind, supportive and knowledgeable teachers and friendly students. The Inlet team truly cares about your personal practice and well being. Inlet offers various styles of yoga for practitioners of all levels- no matter where you are in your practice. The space is inviting - conveniently located near the train station. You're always greeted with a smile when you arrive for class. In addition to offering a vibrant daily schedule, Inlet hosts intense RYT trainings and workshops to help you grow your personal practice or cultivate your experience if you want to teach.

  I’ve been an Inlet member since moving to the area in 2013/2014. This is my sanctuary by the sea. The gifted teachers here are knowledgeable, caring and professional. The class schedule is flexible and I’ve never felt more welcome from the moment I enter to the time I leave. The owner is a beautiful spirit - she has a passion for the yoga practice that is contagious. I’m honored to be a student here and love this studio so much I’m taking the 200 hour RYT being offered. I highly recommend joining/taking your practice here- so much to offer in such a beautiful space.
