  Waited for more than 25 minutes while staff was laughing and doing nothing. There was nobody in the waiting room except for me. Then staff was extremely rude. I canceled the appointment. Terrible staff, rude, lazy and obnoxious Franklin lane, MANALAPAN , NJ

  I am very disappointed with the execution of my latest blood draw. This older asian lady was my phlebotomist and despite me drinking a gallon of water and pointing to a very easily accessible vein, she chose to draw my blood from one in my upper forearm. It felt like an intramuscular injection with an 18Gauge needle. Painful an uncomfortable. And when there wasn't enough blood coming out, she decided to pull up, left right, up and down and then blamed me for not drinking enough water. And I just got my results back and there was NO CBC. She simply gave up and didn't tell me. For over $2800 worth of labs she just gave up and didn't say anything?? This is not chill. I am slightly peeved at this unprofessionalism. I would like someone to reach out to me to resolve this.

  The customer service at this lab leaves much to be desired! I was the first one there this morning and was only there to leave a urine drug screen. I was literally there for a half an hour and started to pee my pants in the waiting room it was literally trickling down my leg. I asked the lady all I have to do is give a urine. Can I please come pay? She gave me a cup and told me to use the bathroom in the hallway. So I went and I'd peed in the cup, and I came to give it to them. And they said we can't accept that you have to pee in front of us at this point I could no longer go So I was an hour late for work. And couldn't even leave my urine sample to get my new job A waste of time and the lady was rude.So I was rude right back. This is why I stopped going to quest diagnostics and I switched the lab corp and I will continue using lab corp
