  Dr. Bisnco Was very thorough and detailed about the surgery. Answered questions & Dr.did not make me feel rushed. Followed up with phone call from Natalie , Natalie was wonderful before the surgery , she set up all appointments also helped with insurance.

  I was disappointed with the lack of communication and patient care at this practice. After undergoing an MRI that confirmed a complete rotator cuff tear, I never received a follow-up call or any outreach from the doctor’s office to discuss the results or a treatment plan. This practice ordered the MRI then ghosted me. Dealing with a significant injury is stressful enough without having to chase down your own physician for critical information. Because of this total lack of advocacy and professional courtesy, I went to a different practice and had a much better experience. Dr. Wong seemed great but if the office is too busy to call and say “the doctor reviewed your MRI and needs you to schedule time to discuss” then what else would fall through the cracks? My experience is the doctors office calls you after getting results especially if you now need surgery but i was told by the office that any follow ups were my responsibility.
