  I want to give special recognition to Reggie, the pharmacist, and Alisha, the pharmacy tech, at Stop & Shop. They are consistently professional, kind, and go above and beyond to take care of their patients. Their customer service is outstanding, and they truly make a stressful process much easier with their patience and knowledge. That said, it’s very disappointing that the pharmacy itself is so often understocked. This is not fair to patients who rely on timely medication, and it also puts unnecessary strain on staff like Reggie and Alisha, who have to deal with the understandable frustration from customers even though the shortage is completely out of their control. The staff does their absolute best under the circumstances, but the company needs to ensure they are better supplied. Patients’ health and staff morale depend on it.

  This pharmacy is horrible, worst customer service ever, certain workers in the pharmacy are not nice at all, and to think they allow someone in the pharmacy to work without a diploma and is not even a certified pharmacy technician, you all should be ashamed of yourselves, no wonder why this location is losing customers hand over fist.
