  By far the worst and most unprofessional experience I have had with any company in the Healthcare space (which says a lot given that it's the most non-consumer friendly industry in the USA). It's abundantly clear that they don't care about their customers even a little bit. They have engineered a cost-saving system that makes it literally impossible to speak with a human being throughout the entire appointment process. The phone system is 100% automated and hangs up if you press 0 to try and speak with a person. When you show up, you're greeted with a bleak waiting room featuring a cheap check-in kiosk. The only real people employees are the nurses who are nasty and don't care about you at all. You can't even see them unless you yell for help, which of course is futile. I will be recommending that my employer ceases all business with this company, and I have filed a formal complaint to the Better Buisness Bueru. Do better.

  they are a good facility place to get my blood drawn and it is a walk in appointment as well and the doctors there are alright

  I have nothing but great experiences with the Quest facility I attend in Lumberton, NJ. The staff is always pleasant, wait times are minimal with an appointment and the needle pricks are always top notch, feels like a pinch. That is very important, Kudos!
