They are the very best. They brought us right in for a sick vist new years eve even though they were closing in an hour. Dr Kaighn is always a pleasure to see and takes the time to explain things with plenty of helpful suggestion for any issue. Highly recommend!!

If your looking for the Pediatric office in Burlington County, look no further. Advocare Pediatric in Lumberton is the place. My 3 kids have been a patient in this office for well over 17 years and counting. We truly love the compassion and personable doctors who are in this practice. They take the time to listen to the concerns of the parents to the younger children as well as the concerns from the older kids too. The office staff is also great, but there is one particular young lady I'd like to give accolades to. Her name is Missy, she is absolutely a HUGE asset to this group. She is very professional, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond when she can and depending on the circumstance she is faced with. She knows the rules and what she is legally able to do and not do for patirnts and families. Her perfessionalism is impeccable. Whenever an unruly parent is giving her a hard time while in the office, she remains calm and professional and explains how she is able to help them. She was very reassuring with me during the time that my health insurance had sent letters to all Horizon patients telling them that Advocare was no longer in network. I was in a panic because to have to look for a new office was not an option especially for my children who have social anxiety towards new people. I would call monthly just to check in with her and ask if there was any positive news, she was helpful and provided me guidance to send a letter to my insurance and let them know how this impacted me and my kids. The day that the insurance company and Advocare came to an agreement, Missy went out of her way and personally called me to give me the good news that Advocare and Horizon came to an agreement. I couldn't thank her enough. I was ecstatic because not only did I not need to change doctors, but I was able to continue in scheduling my annuals that my kids needed for the sports they participate in. I believe that Missy is an absolute key person in that office and she exemplifies an employee with compassion and customer delight. She is what more of the medical offices need. She has a great personality and is always a cheerful face to see when you walk in for your appointments. I hope to never loose our Missy from that office, because she is the Golden Key in that office. I would LOVE to see her as the Assistant to Michelle or supervisor of the front staff. She definitely has the skills and wealth of knowledge.
