his was our third appointment for my twins, and once again it was a seamless experience. The staff is always kind, patient, and efficient. Everything runs smoothly, and best of all—no drama or tears from my kids! We truly appreciate how comfortable and stress-free they make each visit.

From the moment you enter, the place is clean, well lit and welcoming. The walls a brightly colored and inviting which was key for a child who is nervous at his first visit. The front desk staff was welcoming and the dental hygienist Keda, was very gentle. Most importantly, she explained to my son (not me) everything she was going to do before she did it. She constantly asked him (again, not me) if he was ok and I do believe that made him feel seen, which ultimately put him at ease. I would certainly recommend them to others.

I recently took my 4-year-old daughter to this dental office on January 19 at 10:00 AM, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The waiting area was visibly dirty, with hair and dirt on the floor. The back treatment area was also crowded and unclean. My daughter was not placed in a private room but in an open space alongside much older children, which felt inappropriate and uncomfortable for her age. During her X-rays, there was a teenage boy standing next to the chair waiting for his turn, which made the situation feel disorganized and lacking privacy. While the hygienist began her cleaning, multiple staff members interrupted the cleaning. At one point, another woman came over to look into my child’s mouth mid-cleaning, and later, someone else interrupted the cleaning once more to look into her mouth then pressured me into agreeing to a treatment plan without providing a clear explanation. The only positive part of the visit was the front desk staff member, who was kind and attentive. Overall, the office felt chaotic, unsanitary, and unprofessional. My daughter left without a proper cleaning and was visibly uncomfortable. I would not recommend this office, especially for young children.

This dental office truly stands out. As a parent of a child with special needs, finding a place where your child is treated with patience, kindness, and understanding means everything. This office delivered exactly that. My child required dental surgery in the OR, and from the moment we arrived, we felt supported. The woman who assisted us at the front desk, who I believe was named Shantell Ellis (I have her card at home), was incredibly sweet, informative, and reassuring. If your child is referred out for dental surgery, I highly recommend asking to speak with the OR Coordinator. She took the time to explain everything, eased our nerves, and even made our children smile with high fives. Dr. Stillman, the surgeon, was also wonderful and handled the procedure with great care and professionalism. We are so grateful for the experience and will absolutely be recommending this office to other parents of children with special needs.
