  Had a new appointment today for my 2yo as a new patient. arrived 15 min prior to be turned away that they did not take emblem health. Emblem creates a portal for you to search for a provider that is in network which states that they were. I received a phone call the day before that we were good to go and had also called office 3 other times prior and given the ID # to them to ENSURE that this insurance was taken. disappointed to had waste the time to go there.

  Today I went to the location in 170 Main st. Lodi, my daughter had an appointment at 3:30pm, I was running late because of traffic plus I took my daughter out from school then we headed to the clinic. Because we were running late because of traffic as I mentioned above, I decided to call the clinic to let them know we were stuck in traffic. I called at 3:00pm, I waited in line for 30 minutes, when Someone is about to pick up the call, they ended up handing up the phone. I decided to call again, someone answered in 5 this time, and I explained we were on our way and that we were going to be there a little later than 3:30pm as it was scheduled, I asked if it was ok for us to still go, the lady that answered said yes, we could still go. When we got there my husband goes inside with my daughter and the receptionist, Tanaya gives my daughter and husband an attitude, my 14 year old tries to explain but she was very rude. My husband called me to go inside to speak to her because she gave them an attitude and was being very rude. As I go inside with my daughter, I am not even at the front desk and she is making this inappropriate faces and saying, Oh no, oh my God, here we go again. When I see her reaction, I finally approach and I tell her, I have not even say a word to you and you are giving me an attitude, that is not appropriate. I explained the situation to her, she doesn’t even look at me, no respect at all, when I finish explaining, she says, you want me ro reschedule yes or no, I just said thank you and I decided to leave. Never coming back again. I brought my both daughters since they were little kids to the location in cliffside Park, never had any issue, t my daughter was not seen nor rescheduled because of the misunderstanding, everything could have been talked out, but this receptionist was very rude, Tanaya or Tayana was her name. I am sad to see that there are people who think that they can be rude and disrespectful to others and that it’s ok. Well it should not be ok, we should treat each other with respect and always try to be kind, because everyone is going through something in life, and nothing give an excuse to a grown woman to be oso disrespectful to the patients and their parents.

  Our first time here. They have very nice dental hygienists, they made my daughter feel comfortable and genuinely cared about how she felt during procedures. The Dentist was sweet, she listened and told us the next steps in my daughter's situation. Glad we found them. Highly recommend.

  I had such an amazing experience at Dentistry for Children in Lodi, NJ! I took my 3-year-old daughter for her visit, and the staff was beyond patient, kind, and welcoming. They made her feel so comfortable from the moment we walked in. The office is very clean and organized. The dentist and assistants explained everything in a gentle and reassuring way, which helped calm her nerves. What I loved most is how they truly know how to work with little ones, they turned the appointment into a positive experience instead of something scary. My daughter left smiling, and that means everything to me as a mom. I highly recommend this office to any parent looking for a caring and professional pediatric dental team in Lodi! 💕
