  I had a very nice experience. Service was done very quickly signing in was quick. The place looks clean and nice. The doctor was really great. I would highly recommend this place.

  I went in on Saturday. The service was quick, but get me in contact with them about my prescriptions. I had to call several times. The Office person lied and said that she sent over the prescription and it was not sent over in a timely manner. I had to make two trips to Walgreens because they forgot one prescription then they lied to me when I called back to AFC to see where the other group was and said they sent me to it. Verified with the Head supervisor at Walgreens and they assured me that two came in at different times and showed me the times that poor customer service when I spoke to them when they called me today they lied and denied it and tried to cover it up instead of apologizing for what they did. I’ll find another location to go to I value good customer service and Integral people.

  I highly recommend this place 100%The service is excellent, especially the Medical assistant to Dr. Hernández, Luis, who was very professional and attentive at all times. The doctor is also he excellent takes his time to explain everything clearly and truly listens to you. I definitely recommend this place.

  The intake and the staff were good. The only reason why I gave them 3 stars is because we waited for a VERY long time for the doctor to come in the room. My daughter’s patience was running on low after waiting for so long in the examining room. I commend the doctor because by the time I got to the pharmacy, the prescriptions were ready and waiting. The doctor was very prompt with getting it to the pharmacy which is greatly appreciated.
