  Awful This review is only receiving 1 star because the option for negative star has yet to become an option. This system is set up to have patients who are just dropping off samples wait for an arbitrary and unnecessary amount of time while in a waiting area that doesn’t allow 6 feet adequate to avoid transmission of infection. I waited over a 30 minutes to drop off a sample that was already prepared and placed in a bag. The wait time on screen jumped back and forth from 7 minutes to 3 minutes. One of the attendants had just as little regulars for my time as the ineffective system does. Bottom line Do Not go Here. Bad service!!!! Bad System!!!

  Horrible experience. Do NOT rely on this locale for COVID testing that is needed to provide evidence within a specified time frame. ie traveling We were literally thrown out of the office with no explanation as to why our appointments were not valid for COVID testing. Go to Livingston mall Sears for faster better and cheaper service

  Horrible system of checking in. In the morning of appointment, I received a text message to check in. I did 2 mins prior to my appointment time. Waited in car for 11 mins… no response… came in and checked in the monitor… it took me as a walk in. Horrible!!!! Nobody around to speak either. When I finally spoke to someone who took the person who just arrived…. Simply unacceptable service..: very horrible experience!!!

  Definitely not a 5 min wait. More 30min and no one ever comes out to acknowledge you. You sit and hope they call you name sometime soon.
