  I went to get an important blood draw Quest is supposed to have better quality of care recently but this Livingston Eisenhower Parkway location is a must avoid and they should be shut down or find more professional and caring HEALTHCARE STAFF. They call anyone they want when they want appointment or not might as well just walk in Mon to Fri 8am to 11am and hope you get seen. Please avoid this place.

  Try to avoid this lab if at all possible. If you’re late by a few minutes they cancel your appointment. Check in process is not efficient - you think it’s easy checking in but there’s no confirmation of it and you end up having to wait 30-40 minutes to be seen. You can’t talk to anyone to verify when your turn is coming. Trust me, there are plenty of other labs that don’t waste your time like this one

  I was a walk-in and was seen in under 20 minutes. Yolanda took excellent of me. She was kind, thoughtful, respectful, and could not have been more gentle.

  Scheduling and checking in for an early morning appointment was easier than I expected. We waited very briefly, which was great. Yolanda was absolutely amazing! She helped us navigate the prescription paperwork issue we had and was kind and patient with my 4.5 year old who needed a significant amount of blood drawn; No pain, no discomfort, no tears and lots of stickers and compliments from Yolanda made him the happiest kid! And, the facility was extremely clean and organized, which is a huge plus.
