I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this YogaSix location. The front desk staff was incredibly arrogant and showed absolutely no empathy whatsoever.
I drove all the way to the studio and arrived just a couple of minutes late. Instead of any understanding or attempt to accommodate me, I was met with a rigid, dismissive attitude. When I asked to speak with the manager, the staff member actually told me “the manager will tell you the same thing” - basically refusing to even let me escalate my concern.
This is NOT how you treat customers, especially those who are making the effort to come to your studio. A few minutes late after driving from a different town deserves at least a conversation, not immediate rejection and condescension.
I will NOT be returning to this location, and I strongly suggest others avoid it as well. There are plenty of yoga studios out there that actually value their members and treat people with basic respect and kindness. YogaSix clearly isn’t one of them.
Save yourself the frustration and find a studio where the staff actually cares about creating a welcoming environment.
