  I went here for a consultation for braces for my child. Still waiting on 3 baby teeth to fall out. The doctor and staff were very kind and went over in detail the qualification score as far as approval through the insurance. I will 100% go here for braces once my child is ready in a year or so.

  I had a wonderful experience as a patient here. I can't recommend this orthodontic practice enough. They went above and beyond with my case, taking over from a different orthodontist who wasn't setting me up orthodontically for jaw surgery like I needed. They even suggested I might need TMJ surgery in addition to double jaw surgery (which I did), and referred me to a surgeon who ultimately performed both procedures, which drastically improved my migraine symptoms. They listened to my concerns and thoughtfully addressed my needs and everyone I interacted with at the office was caring and helpful.

  I visited the office about two years ago. I expressed to Dr. Roy that I wanted to try something different than traditional braces because of their appearance and Invisalign because I just didn’t have the disciple to use them consistently. We discussed lingual braces (braces that go on the back of your teeth). While Dr Roy didn’t have much experience with these braces, she was willing to give them a try to work with me. Over the next two years I met with Dr Shah periodically for adjustments and maintenance to get my teeth to a place that we were both happy with. Taking the masks off in pubic once the COVID numbers started to decline was like unveiling the new me with my perfect smile/teeth. I would highly recommend Dr Roy, Dr Shah, Arlease (sorry about the spelling) and the rest of the team at Troy Ortho. It was truly a pleasure and I couldn’t be happier with my results.

  The staff at Troy Orthodontics are fabulous. They are always accommodating and friendly. They are extremely knowledgeable and all of my boys have had an excellent experience there. Dr. Roy is one of kind. She truly loves working with children and it shows with her care.
