We were very nervous about the procedure but Dr Max explained it and calmed our nerves. He talked us through the whole extraction while it was happening. His dental assistant Jay was wonderful. She told us about the laughing gas and the tools that would be used for the procedure. She really made us feel comfortable, explaining it all and made my grandson feel so relaxed and not anxious. She was absolutely wonderful. Jay and Dr. Max just worked great together.
