    If I could give ZERO stars I would. I do not recommend to anyone who wants to get medical attention. I am never the type to write reviews but this “urgent care” has truly drawn the line and I want any person in need of help to receive it somewhere where staff cares and actually want to do their JOB. The staff is beyond rude, dismissive, and very passive aggressive. I went in with a true compliant and was nervous going in. The whole appointment I was belittled and was being laughed at by other staff in the hallway. Then , the female spanish doctor practicing there practically ignored my concerns and did not let me explain my symptoms and just said “fine you want this? ill give you this” … and it was very uncomfortable and truly unprofessional. When I asked for something I knew the facility offered I was told word for word “if we draw this now and the results are back tomorrow, you will probably be dead by then.” And as someone who also works in healthcare, I am beyond DISGUSTED with their attitude and “professionalism.” I highly recommend you go to any other urgent care possible and AVOID this one at all costs. It is very unfortunate there are people who willingly choose to work in healthcare and treat their patients with such little respect and dignity. Truly the worst experience I have ever had. Save yourself the time and money and humiliation. And for the staff there……. please, DO BETTER.

    Went in today with flu symptoms and the only positive interaction was with the receptionist. Got called back pretty quickly and both of the medical staff members just seemed a little careless and gave off no confidence or knowledge. Basically just asked what kind of tests I wanted, like aren’t you supposed to do an exam and make an assessment? Really weird appointment, not coming back.

    first of all let me say that I truly hope that the staff at the AFC Urgent Care Center on West Edgar Road in Linden New Jersey read this review! I am recently moved back to New Jersey in order to help my mom with care, in trying to change insurances and navigate the health insurance system I have come across at several dead ends. I was seeing today at AFC in Linden New Jersey and I must say that if I could give them more than a five-star rating I most certainly would, from the receptionist, whose name is Yaritza, to Trish, the office manager, to Daphne the receptionist whom I just spoke to, to the nurse who did my vitals whose Name Escapes me however she had a little mermaid sticker on her scrubs, I hope she knows who she is, Q and above all Nicole the provider who I was seen by, to say that you all made me feel so much better, and helped me beyond words is an understatement your kindness and care and concern for somebody new to the state was undoubtedly above and beyond I want you from the bottom of my heart thank each and every single one of you I only wish that I could just have you all as my primary care providers LOL if anybody has ever in need of urgent care please please go to the AFC Urgent Care Center on West Edgar Road in Linden New Jersey I thank you all

    I am extremely disappointed with the care I received at Linden Urgent Care. On Monday, I visited due to a 4-day-old abscess that was causing unbearable pain. Dr. Prabjot Kaur only prescribed medication and told me to return in 5 days. That same night, my pain became intolerable—I was crying all night—so I returned the next day. At that point, Dr. Lau began draining the abscess but told me it was very large and that not all the pus was removed. I was instructed to continue medication and come back in 3 days. When I returned, I was seen by Dr. Annet, who showed genuine concern. She informed me the infection was severe and looked very bad. She completed the drainage, properly cleaned the wound, ordered tests, and clearly instructed me to return daily until I could see a dermatologist. Following her instructions, I came back yesterday and today, where I was treated by Dr. Kiran Kaur .From the beginning, her attitude was unprofessional. She changed my bandage and told me I did not need to return the next day. However, I returned today because this is an infected, open wound that requires proper follow-up care. Her response was dismissive and disrespectful—she told me I did not need to come back, that it just takes time, and that she had other patients. There were only two patients at the time. Additionally, I am fully aware that my insurance covers these visits. She also made unnecessary comments about having the same qualifications, to which I responded that Dr. Annet , the doctor who actually took responsibility for my case—gave me specific medical instructions to follow. Dr. Kiran Kaur then repeated in a very rude manner, asking if I understood or not. I have had multiple negative experiences at this urgent care, and I have remained respectful until now. However, this level of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior toward a patient is unacceptable. At this point, the severity of my condition is a direct result of the lack of proper care and medical negligence I experienced at this facility
