Spring valley dental… that dentist does an amazing work. Took 2 of my wisdom teeth out and with no exaggeration i felt no pain during the procedure and even after i had a very fast recovery! They work with you financially so they are great.

This team is absolutely amazing! I was in an enormous amount of pain when I called to inquire about an appointment. The team (Doctor included) was kind enough to extend their office hours to assist me. I honestly don't know how I would've survived had I needed to live with the pain for a moment longer. I can't thank this team enough. Highly recommend!

I want to say the front desk reps here are great. I did not have a good experience with the doctors. My first visit, I went to start a root canal, they had me pay $400 and scheduled my appointment a month out to finish the root canal. I called last Friday because I was in an immense amount of pain and asked if my appt could be moved up, they said they could see me at 2pm. I drove over an hour and when I was less than 5 minutes away they called and said the doctor couldn’t see me, no exact reason. I was wondering when they would tell me they couldn’t see me for my original appointment. So I was in pain all weekend. I called back today to get an appointment because I was told I needed an extraction from another dentist and I wanted to know if they could help. Again, drove over an hour to this office, got there, the female dentist banged on two teeth and said since the root canal was started elsewhere I should go back. I let her know I was told the tooth had to extracted do to a fracture, she completely dismissed me, said I would have to pay out of pocket if I wanted anything done (which I happily would’ve if she even gave me the option), again I drove over an hour, she referenced an older xray from my visit in December and did not listen to a word I said. I was in tears already at this appointment. The Dr then said she would send two prescriptions, it wasn’t until I checked the CVS app that I realized she sent Amoxicillin (I’m allergic to penicillins so I can’t take this) and 800mg pain medication, which I told her I had been throwing up from the pain medication I already took. I wasn’t looking for a quick fix, I actually needed help. I’m not sure if I was treated this way because of how I was dressed, again, it was nearly impossible for me to even get to the car because of the pain I was in. I’d ask this office to venue mindful of patients and maybe spend a few minutes with them before dismissing them completely. I left this office so defeated. This office cares more about the finances the actual patient care which is sad.

I had a really frustrating experience here when I needed a root canal. I was in significant pain, and instead of helping move treatment forward, I was told insurance wouldn’t approve the procedure based on the imaging they had. This led to weeks of delay while I was still dealing with tooth pain. What bothered me most is that this is a common insurance requirement, and I feel like it should have been handled proactively instead of leaving me stuck waiting. When someone comes in with clear symptoms of an infected tooth, time matters. Delays like this don’t just inconvenience people — they prolong pain and can make the condition worse. They submitted an X-ray of only one tooth. A single X-ray only shows one tooth and a small area around the root. Insurers often want a broader view (multiple periapicals, bitewings, or a full-mouth series/pano) to confirm there’s visible infection at the root tip, bone loss patterns, cracks, or other causes of pain. They use that to rule out “maybe this is gum disease,” “maybe this tooth is fractured and should be pulled,” or “maybe pain is coming from a different tooth.” Root canals are flagged procedures because they’re expensive. Insurance companies often require diagnostic X-rays that clearly show the entire root and surrounding bone before treatment, not just a cropped image. Some plans even auto-deny if documentation doesn’t match their checklist. If you come here for major dental work, especially something like a root canal, make sure you ask exactly what documentation your insurance requires ahead of time. I wish that had been made clear to me from the start.
