  This is a good Quest location. Setting up the appointment was easy, I was taken in on time, and the phlebotomist was really skilled--hardly felt it. I always get prompt results, also.

  More appointments available here vs. "the other guy". Very happy with service. But they have their own portal, not a part of My Chart. Otherwise great.

  I had a very unpleasant experience during my visit. The staff member assisting me spent much of the time complaining about the people in the waiting room and repeatedly mentioned the time. When it came to the procedure, she attempted to insert the needle but stated she could not find a vein. After the first unsuccessful attempt, she tried again in an area where there was no vein and began probing around, which was both uncomfortable and concerning. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and left me dissatisfied.
