  Made an appointment for 430, showed up at 4:30, Needed to wait 45 minutes additional Just for the doctor to prescribe me Antibiotics and tell me to see my ENT

  Took my son in for a minor injury and felt that the care was very good. Bedside manner was great! I appreciate the compassion and care during our visit.

  I’ve scheduled an appointment and I was in and out in less than an hour. Everyone was nice and the whole experience was great, except the fact they don’t have an XRay so they couldn’t help me. Paid my copay but left the place still feeling pain and with just a referral to schedule an Xray in another location. So be mindful to not go there if you think you need an Xray!!!!

  The front desk person was really friendly . The Doctor who saw me was so kind and knowledgeable. It was so nice that she spent time explaining possibilities since 8 thought I had an ear infection..She saw it wasnt and gave me antibiotic in case it was Sinuses and/or if i had a tooth infection or work done..I woyld not get an infection. She was very thorough.She had a very nice personality which made me feel comfortable.I really really liked her. If she has herbown practice Im going to find out and switch from my Doctor.

  Carbon Health is an excellent urgent care facility. Even though I live 10–15 minutes away, I consistently choose to come here because of the outstanding service. Cassie at the front desk is always respectful, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, which truly enhances the overall experience. Dr. Marilyn and Dr.Grace, was thorough and attentive, ensuring I received the appropriate prescriptions and care. The level of professionalism and customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend this location.
