  Ketyana was the technician who gave me a complete hearing test and based on the results, adjusted my hearing aids. She was absolutely phenomenal! The best way I can put this is to say I could hear much, much better when I left the office than when I arrived. Clearly the lady knew what she was doing, and my hearing is vastly improved. Additionally, she was very pleasant and answered all my questions. All in all, a 5 star rating is well warranted for Ketyana!

  Cover for full time fitter, audiologist. Melissa is knowledgeable but reluctant. Came to appointment with receiver wire snapped at end. I spoke of an earlier design with piece built into speaker part that prevented breaking. She agreed but said this model is no longer made. It was pre-Receiver in the Ear, a behind-the-ear look-a-like by a maker that was my intro to "open fit". The wire is a recent style recommended for my degree of loss. Just deal with it. (I later learn that wires last 6 months to a year or so. I wipe daily, said i was rough because sticky wax. Wires move around a lot when cleaning). Repaired right receiver and left receiver still working. Covering for how many offices in addition to full time? Unfair to Melissa to do work of 2 fitters as 1. Danielle was ok. I had to settle for and try several domes before a pair fit-the earmolds didn't fit despite different types fitting before. 💓 to Melissa.

  Dr Elias is very pleasant and caring. I went here and received a hearing test and then a hearing aid for my left ear. It has greatly helped with my hearing loss. Alyssa at the front desk is also very pleasant and helpful. If you have trouble hearing make an appointment and give them a try. Update. The original person I was dealing with and loved moved up in the company and now this office is shared by a man and a woman. I have seen the man twice. Each time he cleaned my hearing aid and put in new parts. For some reason, he can’t seem to put the right dome on my aid. The first time I saw him he did this and after a week of feedback and constantly having to push the aid back into my ear , I booked another appointment and saw the woman. She said he had put the wrong dome on and that was causing the problem. I go back in February and the same thing happens again. I just changed the dome to the proper one and the problem went away. I don’t know if this man cannot read what the correct dome is, if he doesn’t know the difference between the domes and the sizes or if he just doesn’t care. He was pleasant but seems incompetent to do this job properly. I am calling in the morning and asking them to update my file that I do not want to be seen by him anymore. Cause me issues that should not have

  I visited the office on 10/21/20 for a hearing test. The office was very clean and practiced social distancing policies. The staff was very professional and I would highly recommend going there.
