Greenwood Hospice is a nonprofit, nonsectarian organization providing the highest quality care, comfort and support to our community. We provide a tradition of comfort and support as well as expertise in pain and symptom management. Our goal is to enable patients to participate in the joyful activities of life, for as long as possible. Our hospice can be selected anytime a terminal condition is diagnosed and can increase the quality of life during this critical period. Care is managed by the patient's personal physician along with our hospice team members who provide support to the patient's caregivers. Our team consists of a board certified hospice physician, nurses, social workers & support.
