  Experience with the optometrist was great, she was thorough and informative. The glasses buying experience was the complete opposite. The older heavy set woman that everyone complains about was a nightmare to deal with. She was condescending and even laughed at me when a question was being asked. There were frames that weren't in store that I wanted to order but was told if they're not in store that day then they can't be ordered because of insurance which I knew wasnt true. One of the most unhelpful people I have had to deal with. Went to Lenscrafter downstairs even though they are out of network and they were able to order the frames I wanted without laughing at me.

  Had an all around good visit. The Dr. was patient and thorough. I felt in good hands. Then the store workers were very friendly and helpful. I will use them again.

  I’m sorry but I forgot her name but the lady that helped me today was amazing. She was patient, kind, gave great conversation and answered every question I had. I left very satisfied

  I was disappointed with the way the front desk staff handled my queries. The lady at the desk came across as rude and unprofessional, which made the experience quite unpleasant. Customer service is such an important part of any business, and it’s surprising to see this kind of attitude in a place that otherwise seems to have potential. I truly hope management takes steps to improve the way customers are treated, because a welcoming and respectful approach goes a long way in helping a business thrive.
