We are so thankful to Jordan, who helped us tremendously after my child broke their glasses this week. She helped to special order frames so that the current lenses could be saved and went out of her way to ease a stressful experience. She was kind, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.

Shoutout to Michael! I told him what was wrong with my glasses and he fixed them in under 2 minutes like it was nothing. Super kind, professional, and made my day easier. Employees like him are the reason people come back. Michael deserves his flowers (and a raise!) 👏😄

One of the screws on my daughter’s glasses had come off, so I brought them in for repair. There was a brief wait, which is understandable given how many people rely on them, but once assisted, they handled the repair without hesitation. I mentioned that the glasses weren’t purchased there and that I was willing to pay, yet they insisted on fixing them at no charge. Their professionalism and courtesy left a strong impression.

The manager was very pleasant and after I explained what I was looking for, she selected about 6 pairs of frames that she thought I would like while I looked myself. One of the ones she brought me was perfect so the selection process was just a few minutes. From there she explained my options and I was able to make decisions quickly and confidently knowing that I understood the options. The Associate that did the measurements was also very knowledgeable as well as being able to adjust my current back up glasses to sit properly on my face so that went very quickly as well. It is also reassuring to me that I can change my new glasses within 30 days if I find that I don’t like them.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
