  I had one of the worst dental experiences of my life at this clinic. I went in for a root canal appointment, something that is already stressful and painful, expecting professional care. Instead, I was left in a completely unacceptable situation. The dentist administered the numbing injection and began the process, but then abruptly stopped midway through the procedure. I was left sitting there, half-treated, confused, and in discomfort. They told me they would not continue and that I needed to go to another dentist. No proper explanation, no effort to resolve the situation—just a phone number handed to me and sent away. There was clearly a language barrier, and I was simply trying to understand what was happening and communicate better. Instead of showing patience or professionalism, they assumed I was complaining and immediately decided to stop treatment. There was zero empathy or willingness to work through the misunderstanding. To make things worse, when I called the dentist they referred me to, I was told the next available appointment is months away. I am currently in severe pain and urgently need a root canal, yet this clinic left me stranded without completing the procedure or ensuring I had timely follow-up care. This level of negligence and lack of basic patient care is shocking. Leaving someone halfway through a root canal and refusing to continue is not just unprofessional—it’s irresponsible. I would strongly advise others to avoid this clinic if you value proper treatment, communication, and basic human consideration.

  Never had a toothache before. Ever since the dentist did some work on my teeth, I’ve had a bad toothache with tooth sensitivity while eating anything ever since the procedure. 👎👎

  During my visit, multiple staff members made unsolicited comments about my body and assumptions about my activities. It made me uncomfortable and felt unprofessional for a medical setting. I’m reporting it so it doesn’t happen again.
