  I recently came to this urgent care and I will say that it was such a great experience! They were quick, efficient and although they were very busy they made sure that everything was done right and were beyond helpful!

  ⭐ 1-Star Review: Do NOT Take Your Child Here I had one of the worst urgent care experiences of my life at this location. If you have children, please look elsewhere because this place is completely unprepared, unclean, and unprofessional. First of all, the exam rooms don’t even have sinks. There’s only one sink in the hallway and it was absolutely filthy — clearly not cleaned at all. I watched staff go room to room without washing their hands. For a medical facility, that is disgusting and unacceptable. Second, the front desk woman was extremely rude and acted like my daughter wasn’t even a patient there, even though their own on-call doctor sent us to this exact location just a few weeks ago. Instead of helping, she gave attitude and acted annoyed we were even there. When I brought my toddler in because I suspected a UTI, they told me they “don’t have the supplies” to test a toddler. What urgent care doesn’t have basic supplies for a pediatric urine test? Instead of doing their job, they handed me a cup and told me to somehow get a urine sample from an un-potty-trained toddler and rush it back within 15 minutes. Completely unrealistic and unprofessional. I ended up going straight to our usual ER — and thank God I did, because they properly catheterized her, ran the urine test on the spot, and confirmed she did have a UTI. So this urgent care wasted my time, put my daughter’s health at risk, and didn’t provide even the bare minimum level of care. This place is dirty, disorganized, unprepared, and the staff clearly doesn’t care. I will NEVER bring my child here again, and I wouldn’t recommend this urgent care to anyone. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere competent.

  Great place! Very orderly, quick, clean, responsible and professional . Caring for the patients. Very efficient with the unusual overflow amount of patients during spikes of covid19 and the flu.
