The Division of Disease Prevention offers free testing and treatment for STIs, HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases for Jersey City residents at the City Clinic.
The Clinic is open to residents of Jersey City (with proof of residency).
Please bring a photo ID with your Jersey City address or photo ID and proof of Jersey City residency (ie: utility bill with current address).
STI/HIV services are by walk-in only during the hours listed here.
The City Clinic also provides immunization services to children who reside in Jersey City who are uninsured or who have low insurance coverage. All children must be accompanied by a parent/ legal guardian.
IMMUNIZATION VISITS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
