This experience has been incredibly frustrating; I've never had issues with any doctor before, but this one is truly disappointing. There was no apology from the staff, whose attitude was disappointingly apathetic. It felt devoid of any human connection, reflecting a troubling lack of care in their customer service. This isn’t just about the money lost; it highlights a concerning absence of principles at the doctor’s office. There's a complete lack of professionalism and genuine concern for patients.
