This was my second visit to the studio, and after trying several other studios over the past few months, I couldn’t help but feel that this location fell short in several areas. Upon entering, it wasn’t clear what equipment was needed for the workout. The warm-up began very quickly, leaving little time to understand the structure of the class, and the instructor spoke at such a fast pace that it was difficult to follow. The transitions moved so quickly that many of us were looking around to figure out the next movement. After 50 minutes, I hadn’t even broken a sweat, and the small, minimal movements felt more confusing than effective. I truly wanted to enjoy the class, but it ultimately felt disorganized and left me disappointed. I likely will not be returning.
- NNN.M.Nov 20, 20251.0This gym is HORRIBLY run. They don't answer the phone. They don't respond to text. I signed up for a FREE TRIAL class, and then they charged me for it. I've never seen a gym run so terribly before, and I go to many. They should really learn how to be responsive and nice.

They’ll help you (if you want) to make sure you’re doing each movement correctly, which is exactly what I was looking for in a workout class. 100% recommended!
