This lens crafters location is AWFUL! The frames I tried on and liked were bent, so I asked for a new pair as I didn't want the bent frames that everyone is trying on. They said they'll order me the new ones... but when I picked up my glasses, they were bent up like the old frames I said I didn't want. Also, the lenses they made for my glasses came out with sloppy splotches from the anti glare coating. The coating was applied sloppy and uneven. Terrible quality control and employees here don't care about the customers.

Came here with my girlfriend to get glasses, cool. Spoke to rosally ( sales associate) she told my gf check a website to see what glasses she can get. Awesome no problem. I proceed to ask are there any chairs we can sit while she looks this up. She turned around and told me something about getting a iPad. Had nothing to do with what I asked & I left a one start review because how arrogant she was about the entire situation even tho it had nothing to do with a damn iPad. Listening and understanding is the key to running any business.i guess she forgot that part

Bryanna was incredibly helpful and fixed my glasses after I accidentally sat on them. The metal frame was completely bent, and she restored it perfectly—fast, precise, and professional. Thank you and what an amazing work!

I visited a different place in March because it was more affordable. However, the prescription they provided me with there was 100% incorrect. Today, while driving, I noticed that my vision was blurry. I made an appointment at LensCrafters with Dr. Jane, who is the only doctor who consistently provides me with the correct prescription.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
