- MRMiguel ReyesNov 14, 20251.0My mother receives dialysis at this location, and we recently had a very upsetting experience with a nurse. My mother had a recent fall and went to the hospital. She informed the nurse of the event, and mentioned she was waiting for results. Less than 24hrs later, this nurse called, raised her voice at my mother and spoke to her in a disrespectful and intimidating way. At one point she even mentioned calling the police for a “wellness check” in a manner that came across as threatening rather than helpful. No patient, no one for that matter, especially someone going through dialysis. Should ever be spoken to like that. Families trust these centers with the care and safety of their loved ones, and this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint with the organization and with the appropriate authorities so this can be addressed. I’m sharing this review so other families are aware and can advocate for their loved ones. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures patients are treated with dignity and respect.
