  I have been to other Quest labs in the area but the Howell office is by far the most efficient and Gwen and Adriana are both personable and professional.

  I walked in at 7AM not knowing they’re only taking appointments. On the iPad, the next available was 7:30AM. I asked Gwen if the next available was 7:30 and she says “Yes, but I’ll squeeze you in since no one is here.” Such a sweet heart and gentle. Need more phlebotomist like her!❤️

  I came to this location with my 2 year old son and Adriana and Gwen where great!! Very quick and nice which is key when getting blood work for children. Thank you!!
