- LMlaura marinoNov 13, 20255.0I have been wanting to try Pilates for ages as a supplement to my normal gym workout and finally decided to try an intro class. The instructor went very slow and made the intro class easy to follow along to. I joined the same day with a special they offered. They offer classes throughout the day, although they book up quickly, and each instructor has been good that I’ve had so far. Studio is clean and the app to book classes on is convenient and easy to use.
- CSchaya shacharNov 5, 20251.0I really do not recommend joining their membership. Their customer service is terrible it honestly feels like they only care about the money, not about people. The policies are extremely strict, and once you sign up, there’s basically no way out, and the whole experience is just not worth it. At first, they were super nice especially when I wanted to upgrade my membership, they helped right away. But when I tried to downgrade, it became a nightmare. They made it so difficult and took money from me for nothing. There’s no flexibility, no understanding, and no real customer care. If I could, I would have canceled my membership long ago, but they made the cancellation process so hard that it took forever and cost me even more money. I truly regret the day I started.
