  Becoming a new member has been the best decision! This location is very clean and spacious. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and engaging, and the ladies at the front are always welcoming as well. Would recommend to anyone to sign up asap!

  I want to be fair and start by saying that the instructors here are truly great. They are professional, kind, and very good at what they do. But unfortunately, the way the place is managed and the customer service are very disappointing. The rules are enforced much more strictly than what I originally agreed to. For example, there is a rule that you can’t enter a class after 5 minutes, which I can understand. But I was once 3 minutes late and they still refused to let me in. When I asked why, I was told that three minutes is basically the same as five. I was also charged for a class they claimed I didn’t show up to, even though I did. Charges appeared on my account without any explanation, and no one was able to give me a clear answer. The only response I got was that I “didn’t come to the class,” which is simply not true. The last straw was when I asked to freeze my membership because I was traveling abroad. They told me it was okay, but then I saw they continued charging me. When I called, they said I never froze it and that it’s my problem. I asked to cancel the membership, but they said I have to come in person to sign. I explained that I won’t be in the country for the next few months, and they didn’t care at all. It’s really sad that a place with such good instructors treats customers this way. As a mother of five, Pilates is the only time I have for myself. I pay hundreds of dollars a month, arrange babysitters, and instead of enjoying it, the rude and inflexible attitude ruins the whole experience. It’s really disappointing for a business to act like this. So even though the instructors are wonderful, the customer service is terrible. I honestly cannot recommend this place.

  I have been wanting to try Pilates for ages as a supplement to my normal gym workout and finally decided to try an intro class. The instructor went very slow and made the intro class easy to follow along to. I joined the same day with a special they offered. They offer classes throughout the day, although they book up quickly, and each instructor has been good that I’ve had so far. Studio is clean and the app to book classes on is convenient and easy to use.

  I really do not recommend joining their membership. Their customer service is terrible it honestly feels like they only care about the money, not about people. The policies are extremely strict, and once you sign up, there’s basically no way out, and the whole experience is just not worth it. At first, they were super nice especially when I wanted to upgrade my membership, they helped right away. But when I tried to downgrade, it became a nightmare. They made it so difficult and took money from me for nothing. There’s no flexibility, no understanding, and no real customer care. If I could, I would have canceled my membership long ago, but they made the cancellation process so hard that it took forever and cost me even more money. I truly regret the day I started.

  I took an intro class with Adina and decided to sign up for a once week membership here. Adina has been my favorite instructor so far, I am usually weightlifting so these reformer flow classes have been very helpful so far to keep me in good shape. They are super relaxing for me personally, helps clear my mind when I have work to deal with 24/7.
