I was seen a few minutes later by a nurse who took my vitals and recorded why I was there this morning. She was very pleasant. The provider came in shortly. She listened to my problem and again very pleasant. I was diagnosed and an antibiotic was prescribed. I was finished by 8:30. The visit was pleasant and very efficient.

As usual… The staff was great… I usually get Dr. Conca; although he was there I Was treated by Alexa, the PA… Just as wonderful.. Thorough… Pleasant personality… I feel when she went to the extra mile… The best compliment I could give her is that she literally listen To my Issues and feelings. Often you go to a doctor’s office, Sometimes you feel like you’re just a number… She actually made me feel important and addressed every issue I brought up… So kudos to another wonderful Dr at carbon in Howell
