  I would like to give a big shout out to Dr. Mardones. She saw my husband last week immediately after he was discharged from the hospital for double vision. She spent a lot of time with him and accurately diagnosed his condition. She obtained hospital records for us and recommended that we see a neuro opthamologist which we did. She made the whole process so much easier and less frightening and went over and above to help us. Thank you Dr Mardones

  5 stars for Dr.Mardones herself but 1 star for the rest of the staffing especially carol in contacts . I mentioned trialing contacts to every single staff member the secretary who made my appointment , the doctor when doing the exam and when leaving no one ever told me there was $350 price on just contact fitting itself. I was told they would bill my medical insurance and they told me not to give them my eye insurance but then billed my eye insurance without ever notifying me and refused to retract it. Carol was rude and yelled at me in the waiting room when I asked for my eyeglasses prescription and they mistakenly thought I asked for contact prescription and came to the waiting room to speak out in the open that I couldn’t get that rx because I was refusing to pay for the fitting . The way I was treated by the staff was atrocious and I would never recommend nor will I return as a patient myself.

  I have been coming here for years seeing Dr. Klug was very sad when heard he had retired. They put m in with Dr. Wong. Was not too impressed. I felt the exam was rushed and she didn't exam my eyes after telling her I had a stye for very long and proceeded to tell me I needed eye surgery to remove it if it doesn't go away. I was taken back because it's a little bump on eye that I'm hoping will go away now on its own. Not very professional in her manners.

  I saw Dr.Wong and would never see her again. Awful. I will never go back to her again. One of the nurses said she would have ar.leasr one patient do theses test. She is a Fraud.
