Then the fit and finish of lenses in the stretched plastic frames was not good, and did not seem like the expected high-index, better lenses. If so that would be more than poor service and be outright deceptive practices. Very disappointing for expensive frames and lenses.

Caitlin from LC greeted me w/in 2 minutes of arriving and there were 15 customers w/ other staff. The arm of my glasses broke off a few weeks ago and I bought a spare frame online thinking I could fix it. Nope. Caitlin and her technicians handled the repair for me in under 10 minutes. Excellent customer service. I’ll be back.
