The WP agent confirmed the coverage but when I showed up for the appointment 2hours later I was told that some test wasn't covered. Call your insurance directly, don't trust their call center! Use to love Warby Parker but I will not come back!

I stopped in to have my current glasses adjusted, and the team took care of it quickly and professionally. While I was there, I ended up purchasing a new pair as well. The staff is always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. They take the time to answer questions, make adjustments, and make sure everything fits perfectly. I’ve been here multiple times over the years and I’ve honestly never had a bad experience. Great service, friendly staff, and a very smooth process every time. Highly recommend this location.
