  The woman who answered the phone was terribly rude. Also they said they took my insurance but would not tell me how much it would be - after I asked further they said it wouldn’t be more than $250 which is ridiculous. They should be more transparent about cost and be friendlier.

  Dr Ross is so kind and patient and gets right to the matter. He does a complete check on symptoms and offers explanations. The waiting room is clean and the staff very professional and pleasant.

  The doctor was good he but the receptionist (who i believe is the phone operator) was a bit rude at first she sent me away i had to call to make sure I was at the right place. She picked an attitude from the moment i stepped in. I had to call to get the lab results uploaded on my portal. Never got any explanation of the results or what i was supposed to do next from the phone operator. I hope you can improve on that otherwise everything else is fine.

  My daughter was coughing a lot and her doctor didn’t have any available appointments soon. The scheduling was very simple, right from my phone. Staff very friendly and polite, from the front desk to the doctor. I was missing some information and the girl at the reception was very nice explaining everything (not only to me but also at some other patients that came after). My daughter was seen by the doctor on time, the office is very simple, very clean and quiet. Afterwards even got an email with notes from the visit!! Although I wasn’t able to open it, it was a simple visit. Will definitely be back next time we have a medical emergency. They don’t accept cash but do have Apple Pay.
