I spent an hour on the phone confirming that this location provides pediatric wellness exams for uninsured patients. I was told yes repeatedly. I drove to the location, waited, and was then told to my face that they do not do pediatric care at this site. It is disgraceful to have a website and a central call center promising pediatric services specifically Live Urgent Care Jr only to turn away a child at the door. The staff’s only solution was to tell me to go to a competitor. No effort to fix their mistake, no accountability for the misinformation, just a total disregard for a parent's time and a child's health. If you are a parent, save yourself the gas and the headache. This place is a disorganized mess with zero communication between their front desk and their corporate office. Absolute waste of time
