  My experience at Audio Nova was excellent. Dr. Jenkins did a superb job fitting me with the proper hearing aids. She is patient, caring, and very professional. Denise, her assistant, is very accomodating and helpful also. I would recommend this facility to all. Stan Parnett

  I had a very positive experience at this hearing center. Dr. Jenkins conducted my tests and spent time with me afterward answering questions, addressing my concerns, and offering information. I found her to be highly professional, congenial, and very generous with her time. Because of Dr. Jenkins, I would recommend this practice to anyone seeking professional care for their hearing.

  two other offices which were medical doctor ENT specialist. The service I received today was unbelievable. The audiologist spent over an hour and 45 minutes with me explaining all my options testing different hearing aids and was extremely patient with me. I feel confident that this is the office I will purchase my hearing aids at. I am sure that the follow up service will be the best. Kind, caring and considerate. Also the woman at the front desk, Denise was very helpful In getting me an appointment ASAP. She also was kind and caring. This is a great office. Patient service is excellent.
