  Am writing this review to share my honest experience. The coordinators named Shweta and Nisha seem to give work only to their favorite people. Most of the time, they sit in the Hiksville & Richmond Hill office scrolling through TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or watching YouTube instead of focusing on employees and work responsibilities. It honestly feels like they are getting paid for doing nothing while the company may be facing profit or loss. They do not communicate properly or respectfully with workers, and they do not distribute work fairly. It also appears that many of the 5-star Google reviews may not be genuine, and negative reviews often get deleted. However, I have kept screenshots and screen recordings of my review for proof in case it is removed. If my review is deleted, I am prepared to share my experience on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook as well. This is my honest experience.

  Caring for one’s parents at home, through an agency, takes an inordinate amount of work. You need to establish a good working relationship with your coordinator and you need to be 100% involved in training your aides to make sure that they know how to care for your loved one/s. This agency has good policies in place but they’re hit or miss, in practice. They don’t insure that an aide can read the careplan their nursing staff takes the time to create. Nor do the insure that an aide speaks the same language as the client. This is a safety issue! When it goes wrong - it goes VERY WRONG. Can it go right? It can, but it won’t happen without a great deal of work. I highly recommend installing cameras so you know if your loved ones are being attended to. The agency and the aides should know in advance. You’ll still be surprised by what you see, but it’s also important to support your concern with evidence. Be diligent. Be firm. Your loved one’s safety depends on this. No one from this agency has stolen anything. A few aides ate quite a bit of my parents’. Many night aides have slept through the night. Figure out what is acceptable to you for the level of care you need. This group could definitely improve by one star - but no agency will be perfect.

  Our night aides sleep, we get sub aides that dont speak english and sleep. We had a sub day aide that didnt speak English and took pictures of my parents home.

  Home watch Care givers have been a god send. My mother recently lost the ability to walk on her own, and she became angry and despondent. But thank God for Lillian one of the coordinators and Ingrid my mom's aide. They didn't give up on her I am forever grateful, I hope Ingrid will stay with us as long as possible
