  I used to go to the labcorp across the way but this Question is significantly better. I’ve gone as a walk in multiple times and never had to wait longer than a half hour - even on a Saturday. All the workers are efficient, pleasant, and great at their job.

  Wait times were minimal. Technician was courteous, professional and efficient. No wasted time. No unnecessary jabs trying to find a vein to draw blood.

  Phlebotomist asked me for a payment of $16 and change and I handed her my debit card. I signed on an electronic keypad and couldn't see the screen. I get home and there is an email waiting for me, thanking me for signing up for Easy Pay. They captured my debit card number without my permission and now it is hostage until my labs go through insurance and they see if I owe more money. I called to speak with a customer service representative who said she couldn't un-enroll me. I asked to speak to her manager and she left me on hold for a long time and then the call hung up on me! I do not recommend this place at all. I do not recommend giving a payment. I recommend asking to be billed. Or at the very least learn from my mistake and say, "I do not want this card enrolled in Easy Pay or Auto Pay."

  Christine W displayed unacceptable behavior, including rudeness and a dismissive attitude without any clear reason. As a paying customer, I find this level of service completely inappropriate. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed accordingly.

  Love this Quest/Hazlet location. So prompt, they were calling my name as I walked through the front door. Phlebotomist SOPHY was terrific (and her room decor was so welcoming)! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes :)
