  My husband and I truly had a great experience for our first time at Glenwood Premier Dental Group! Dr. Mark and the team were so friendly and knowledgeable. Best cleaning I’ve ever had. Great job Tina! It’s clear why you have a 4.9 rating!

  The service here was phenomenal, and all the girls there especially Ashley was super friendly! I will definitely be recommending to all my friends. The environment was super clean and calming.

  I have never in my 70 years, I have never met a more friendly, knowledgeable, caring and enthusiastic staff of people. No other type of office service comes even close to their wonderful sense of patient care. I spent 5 hours there including time with the dentist reviewing every option with my current situation . He spoke about a fair price for distractions and implants. He did not push the most expensive option after knowing I was on social security. He was heads and shoulders above any dentist i have visited since moving from North Jersey. I highly recommend this dentist and staff.

  I would not recommend going here. I’ve never in my life had to complain about a dental office before. I was told they were and emergency dentist and I was in need of a root canal due to a lot of pain in my top tooth. They did get me in rather quickly however during my experience as far as the beginning it was ok I barely felt the Novocain needle and the procedure started smooth, but then I noticed the dental assistant had no idea what she was doing she kept giving the Dentist the wrong tools or didn’t supply him what he needed at all and was very rough with the suctions hurting my cheek. She kept having to be told by the dentist that he can’t see and move it. Towards the end the Dentist dropped the piece of temporary filling in my mouth, luckily it didn’t go past my tongue and I didn’t choke but still smh. After he put the medicine in (that one that has the little needle looking thing) I felt as though something went up my nose like I had just jumped in a pool and that feeling of your nose burning it felt weird and uncomfortable so I sat up. After that suddenly pain started radiating through my the whole left side of my face worse and worse rather quickly. I explained this to him and all he said was he could numb me more but I told him that wouldn’t help as I’m already numb and it hurts this bad so when it all wears off I’m scared to know. I asked if he accidentally hit my sinus as it was right above the tooth he said no. Also They charge a ridiculous amount of money even with insurance although she did give me a discount telling me they were going to start the root canal to get me OUT OF PAIN and but me wind up leaving there in more pain then I went in with is ridiculous. The dentist then called me later that night to “see how I was doing” I told him not good as obviously I was in a lot of pain miserable and in bed since I left. He told me he looked at my scan and that the medicine he put on at the end did actually reach my sinus which is causing the pain and should go away in a few days. A FEW DAYS? 😳 still in a lot of pain the day after I called the office manager and explained and I asked for a bigger discount as a courtesy due to being worse off then when I came in and she said she already gave me a discount and to take the Tylenol, ibuprofen etc that I have already been taking. Like I didn’t already know. She said there’s always some discomfort. Yes obviously I’ve had other work done I know but this is extreme never felt this much pain. She refused to have any empathy nor wanted to help me. They clearly don’t care about their patients only the money. I paid for the procedure so once it’s done I’m never going back, So just a warning to anyone going here you will spend an arm and a leg for an emergency visit and most likely still be in pain or more when you leave. Look elsewhere not a good place.
