Dr B is a great chiropractor and an all around nice guy. The office staff are also incredibly helpful.

I begun seeing Dr. B. back in 1997, along with my parents, when he was just starting his practice (he had curly hair back then). He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. Over the years, whenever I experienced aggravated pains, he knew exactly how to provide immediate relief in the affected areas.
I suffer from degenerative spine disease, which led to five spinal surgeries, including an artificial disc replacement. Throughout those challenging times when the pain was inflamed, Dr. B. was my savior. His ability to deliver effective treatments and his genuine care made a world of difference in my life. Those who suffer from back pain appreciate when immediate relief is delivered. He truly was a miracle worker for me. His dedication to his patients and his expertise in chiropractic care saved me numerous times. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a compassionate and highly skilled chiropractor.

OMG! First visit EVER to a chiropractor. I have constant neck pain and shoulder pain that lead to painful headaches. Dr. Ezra and his staff welcomed me and my baby with open arms. He was thorough and understand my frustration with past failed treatments. When he adjusted me, I felt a sigh of relief. Just one visit I feel like I am standing straighter and the pain behind my neck has eased. Cannot wait for my next appointment!

UPDATE: The doctor called me personally to make it right and recognized my points or concerns. I may have arrived on a busy day that snuck up on the practice while also only affording myself a very tight time window. I would not say this appointment experience is indicative of every experience you’d have here.
**original review below**
Disappointing experience today. This was to be my second appointment but I never met the doctor. My first visit was personal, professional, and quite pleasant.
Today my appointment was for 5:10. I arrived at 5:10. Walked out at 5:55 having sat in the waiting room. There was a sign in sheet and numerous people ahead of me.
In hindsight, I’m not sure they are appointments so much as guidance for when to arrive so they can maximize patients per hour. It really felt like there was a formula behind the “appointments”: we can see 20 patients an hour, have them arrive in 10 minute increments, see them for three minutes, and whatever happens happens.
I’m disappointed because I was looking forward to this appointment but I really didn’t get a patient-first experience today so much as “jam as many appointments in as we can”.
I cut a meeting short with my boss and left work early to get to this appointment on time and was late to relieve my babysitter having not even seen the doctor at all.
2 stars because the first appointment was great but after today’s experience I’m not convinced this is as personal an experience as I initially hoped.

My daughter and I first treated with Dr. Ben about 8 years ago. We felt so comfortable with him we travelled to his office regularly from Brooklyn. My daughter was in nursing school at the time and suffering with neck pain and migraines. Dr Ben was amazing, his massage and adjustments helped greatly. He gave her tips to help when she had pain. Thankfully, the pain subsided. She’s still using those tips today.
Last year, I was having trouble walking, sleeping & generally miserable with awful pain from my hip to my feet. I made several trips to orthopedists who sent me for 2 MRIs and were unable to determine the cause and source of the pain. My daughter suggested I see Dr. Ben. I scheduled an appointment at which time Dr. Ben reviewed my MRIs, asked me several specific questions. He pointed out what he felt was the problem. Something the other doctors did not find or mention. Dr. Ben recommended I see a Spine specialist.
I subsequently treated with the Chief of Surgery at NYU Spine Center in Manhattan. The Chief was very impressed with Dr. Ben’s evaluation and agreed with him. He scheduled me for surgery shortly after my visit. The surgery resolved the issue and ended my
pain.
I’m now back to feeling like my self, able to walk long distances and participate in all of my normal activities.
I am convinced I would not be healthy and pain free today without Dr. Ben’s intervention. His knowledge and experience solved the problem.
I highly recommend Dr. Ben to anyone who suffers from pain and discomfort. Thank you so much Dr. Ben.
