Pasquale, Kim and Andy have been awesome to me. They are all exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family. The gym is also super clean!

Before I started taking SKfit bootcamp classes, I hadn’t set foot in a gym in maybe 20 years. My being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease really took a toll on me and I had no will or desire to do much in the way of exercise. Just when my self-esteem and energy was at an all-time low, a few friends suggested we try SKfit together. I didn’t know what to expect but it’s been over a month now and I love it!!! I haven’t felt this good, energetic and happy in quite some time! Yes, the workouts are intense and challenging, especially at first, but you get amazing results. Pasquale is always changing up the workouts and keeping them interesting. I’m still in awe that I can keep up on most days! Every day I feel myself getting stronger. Pasquale - you are awesome and I can’t thank you enough for pushing me to do better every time!!!
